We want Santa's visit to be truly magical for everyone involved!

Here are some handy tips to help us make the most out of our time together:

• In case of emergencies: 

  • • 🎁 Share the cell phone number of someone at the event who will keep it on and be available in case of emergencies.

• Parking: 

  • • 🎁 Make sure Santa has a special place to park as close as possible to the entrance of the event.

• Arrival:

  • • 🎁 Have someone stationed outside or near the entrance to greet Santa to guide him to the event and assist with loading toys into his sack if necessary.

•  Atmosphere:

  • • 🎁 Place Santa's Chair in a festive atmosphere with holiday decorations, music, and lighting. A well-decorated space makes for great photos and enhances the experience. 🎁 When setting up Santa's Chair, please ensure there is enough space behind it for group photos.

• Payment:

  • • 🎁 If you are paying the remaining deposit in cash, please place the payment in an envelope so you don’t risk a child witnessing the transaction. 

• Schedule & Departure:

  • • 🎁 Please be mindful of Santa’s schedule and the needs of others waiting. 🎁 Please make sure that Santa is able to leave at the previously arranged time. 🎁 To ensure a smooth departure, keep the children engaged in an activity while Santa takes a few moments to make his exit.
