Important information:

• Advanced Notice: A minimum of 6 hours is required prior to booking and is subject to availability.

• Number of Children on the call: If you have more than 1 child - it is your responsibility to make sure that each child gets adequate time.

• Recommendation: The recommendation is 3 children maximum for an 8-minute call. If you feel that more time is needed, there is an add-on option (for an additional fee) in the booking request form. Additional time must be booked in advance. 

• Recording: a recording of the video chat is not included, but you are free to take one yourself if you wish.

• Deposit: To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit will be required.

Add-On Options:

• Mrs. Claus: Add +4 minutes to the call and chat with Mrs. Claus (for an additional fee and subject to availability). See form for more details.

• Additional time: Request additional time (as mentioned above).
